Response from DLOCATER: NOT A REASONABLE STATEMENT! SERVICE SHOP DELAYED START 4 HRS.THEIR BUSINESS HOURS REQUIRED PICKUP BE THE NEXT MORNING. WE PICKED IT UP DROVE NON-STOP THROUGH THREE SNOW STORMS,ZERO VISABILIY FOG, AND EXTREME WIND STORMS FOR 1,900m TO GET IT THERE IN LESS THAN 40 HRS. WE CALLED HIM TO DELIVER IT AND HE WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR 14 HRS. THIS TIME LOSS THREW OFF THE ENTIRE TRIP AND WE HAD TO REROUTE AND SCHEDULE TO MEET OTHER DEADLINES.WE DELIVERED IT AND BACKTRACKED 200+ MILES THE NEXT DAY TO GET PAID.
