There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The pickup date was very rigid and agreed upon prior to accepting bid. A week after the auction Dwight asked to move the pickup date back a day. After much inconvenience we were able to do so. The following day Dwight cancelled the shipment altogether, leaving us little time to find a new shipper.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Brightstar LLC called me this morning, and stated that they are unable to complete the move due to an accident that has damaged/destroyed their moving truck.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Two days after I accepted their bid, and one day after my shipment was supposed to be picked up by the Service Provider, the Service Provider (Dwight, specifically) called me at 10:30am Central on 6/29/12 to inform me that they had no room on their truck to accommodate my shipment. Consequently, I have no other option but to cancel.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment MOVER CHANGED THE DATES OF PICKUP & DELIVERY!!! HE HAS BILLED ME 2X ALREADY! PLEASE ALLOW ME TO REBID THIS INSTANTLY, AS WE NEED AN INSTANT PICKUP, NOT AS THIS MOVER HAS TRIED TO CHANGE. Response from brightstarllc1: A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved we place a bid on 5/16/2012 for 5-30 pickup & 5-31 delivery, it was accepted then the customer says they need pickup same day which we could not do, we offer the next day but they could not accommendate that request.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the driver had to catch a flight to kansas and could not get a flight in time. we should have been notified of this ahead of time, we could have gone with someone else.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I accepted a bid from Brightstarllc1 for $3625.00. I was then contacted by them via email and they said that they charge a "fuel surcharge" of .69 per mile. This was not included in the original bid and would have resulted in an increase of 1173.00 dollars to the bid. When I emailed them my objection to the charge I never received a response. At this point I do not feel comfortable using brightstarllc1 as they have not communicated and even if they would stick to the original bid- I fear the

On the original deal we arranged, this person would be moving my furniture from El Paso to Bloomington, Indiana for $1,850.00. He also agreed in towing my car for an additional $400.00.
