Rich Johnson and his guys showed up on time, we had several conversations before the move and all of our stuff including a car and motorcycle arrived on time without a scratch. They even moved some heavy appliences into the basement that was not part of the move. Good service, good price and good people....

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I have to postpone my move temporarily because the original location that i anticipated on moving to has changed and i have to begin locating a new residence. This has nothing to do with Brentcity, this is my personal problem but i would like to thank Brentcity for attempting to provide services for me and maybe when i find another residence, i will having the pleasure of working with you.

this was a tough move mostly because of the weather,getting stuck in the entry to the unit made it such a challenge,but with the help of lori and her friend ,who help pull my rig off a snow mound with his pick up(nice truck)we made it into the complex and made delivery which ms. dodd helped unload thanx for the adventure take care.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
He went to the wrong city and is asking me to pay extra gas money for his mistake. Plus he has no way of taking a credit card, which makes me a little suspicious. I'd rather not send $1000 in cash. Please credit me my downpayment.

at first we could not agree on pick up terms.location of the shipment was a mistake made by myself when receiving there information.despite the initial cancellation ,we was still able to agree to the contract and went on to pick up the shipment for delivery.

moving is a very sressful event,but it's the combined effort to the fullest by both parties that makes it a accomplished move.judy was there from working in the cold weather and helping pack to accompanying us to the storage unit which was also outside.it was a true pleasure to work with her and i'm grateful to have met her.thank's "judge judy".
