Pony was wonderful to handle. Everything went to plan until at pick up no one was present. Shipper made several phone calls trying to contact and find someone. would ship again for Sally, she was fantastic.

Cathy provided absolutely wonderful service!!! Great communication, on time pick up and a REALLY nice trailer. Gave my pony a big box stall. When an emergency with the people on the receiving end left nobody home to meet the pony's arrival, Cathy waited with him for HOURS until somebody came home. Talk about service above and beyond the call of duty! And Cathy was still in a good mood afterwards! I highly recommend aulthat shipping and would love to use them again myself anytime.
