Being the first time I've used this site, I wasn't aware of the 'flexible dates' option. My mistake.

They first tried to pick up shipment 10 days after booking and went to the incorrect address. Then promised to pick them up the first of the next week. That didn't happen with vehicle issues cited as the reason. Then promised to pick up the next week. Never came and never responded to emails or phone calls.
