I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
There were no problems with the service provider. It turns out that the party selling me the furniture was unable to locate it when the shipper arrived at the destination. He went out of his way to help her attempt to locate the items, but they were unable to do so. Therefore, there were no items to be shipped.
