The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Mr. Jolley was unable to make shipment due to his truck having mechanical problems. Mr. Jolley contacted me and stated that he would not feel comfortable shipping the animals while his trucks was having these issues and I greatly appreciate his concern. Despite his inability to complete this transaction, Mr. Jolley was professional throughout our communication and again I appreciate his concern for my pets' safety.
