The real concern for the customer was evident in all aspects of this shipment, from the office to the driver. Communication was good, the vehicles arrived safe and on time. Very trustworthy people who do what they say they will do.

The shipper was terrible was not on time with the shipment and when the shipment was made it was scratched up from poor shipping techniques.The motorcycle was in excellent condition whent shipped and when we received it the fairing had rub marks on one side because of his other load rubing on it.Bike also had a screw in the tire whitch wasn't there upon shipment.When asked what he could do about it he said there is touch up paint to fix it and that was it.Terrible shipper stay away if you can.

Response from bostruck: This shipment was delivered to the destination address "exactly in the same condition as it was picked up". I contacted the shipper & asked if there was a problem, why had he not called us prior to posting feedback. His response he was working all night & came in and thought we were responsible for what he found. He offered to retract his feedback, but we explained Uship will not allow anyone to retract their feedback. The shipment was 1 day late & shipper was kept informed each day.
