Provider was 3 hours late, due to mechanical break-down, but stayed in contact. Labor hired to load the shipment refused to do so since provider was late, but a small rebate (1%) was paid to me for us loading it ourselves. Provider did all he said he would do even though there were several problems.

There were long delays that were entirely the fault of the member claimed truck broken down. I was told truck broken in TX, but he went back to OK. he drop of load two day later.
Response from bostruck:
This was picked up & delivered in 79 hours. It was 867 miles. We had to transfer to one of our other trucks to complete the shipment. Customer was kept informed.

ken delivered my boat all the way from north carolina to california in a safe yet timely manner. and i was able to call hime twice a day to see how the boat was doing. thanks again ken!

AWSOME AWSOME people!! Lynn and Ken took wonderful care of Grover during his journey to his new home. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. With updates along the way and the care given, I feel like a member of my own family was bringing him for me. I HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone needing their animal transported. He/She will be in some of the best hands out there!! Thanks to you both!

my 6 wk old pup was shipped from ca to tx. ken drove and he took good care of her.she went to my parents and they just called to tell me that she arrived and was very happy and she had really bonded with ken during the trip. lynn whom works in the office e mailed me everyday with daily reports of where they were and how they were doing. i called a few times and was always able to get ahold of them.they are honest good people. reasonable in price too!i would use them again!thank you ken and lynn!

Office made numerous calls & emails to customer & he did not respond. As stated in our agreement booking must be completed prior to scheduling p/u. Customer did not complete this booking, which required payment, until the next afternoon. 867 mi. trip for an LTL shipment takes 5-7 days. We planned delivery in 2 days, was delayed & transferred unit to our other truck. Del was delayed by 1 day. Cust was kept informed. Response from JCASARES: I try for him to accept a credit card but only PAYPAL is what they would accept shipper without my consent try to sell my machine now he is red flagging Plus he WAS two day late in shipping. he claimed he truck broken down (bull) but went his hometown to rest Rimcountrylogistic AKA BOSTRUCK a big NEGATIVE
