Second time using uship and this was my great experience. Great flat cost for the move, they were on time, and they were courteous. I will have to move again in 6 months and I will reach out to them again. A+

Excellent Service!! Great communication! Very organized and very nice! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They did the loading and unloading all very quickly and efficiently. They even helped me take apart and put together my bed frame! They make moving look effortless. Ps. To the movers - I drove back to Austin and found my cat tonight!! YAY!! :)

Very good provider. Worked with us when we had to change dates due to wife's illness. The movers were courteous and had excellent attitudes.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Was not able to pick up, client was fine and able to rent truck to drive to dallas , inorder to make client happy we agreed to unload truck for her at no charge, we will pay any fee (if any) to uship.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Made several attempts to contact client at number listed on work order, the number provided was not correct. While waiting for email response our truck transport ran into problems. We could not full fill pickup .we attempted to reshedule client for later date but he was unable to . Client began to curse and tell me that I was gonna pay for this and he will ruin my perfect score with uship. I did not feel comfortable after the conversation

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Boss Moving was to pick up our shipment on Sunday, 11/25. We were notifed by e-mail on Saturday, 11/24 at 4PM that the pick up was cancelled due to truck issues. They were calling a phone number that was NOT mine, was not one that I gave or was not even in the same state. The option they gave me was to delay the move until MID-JANUARY!! Our only option was to rent a Penske truck on short notice. I do NOT want a credit, I want a FULL refund of our deposit, this was NOT handled professionally
Response from bossmoving:
Plane and simple the contact number provided by the client was not right! we print work orders that the client submit themselves and with the info they type in themselves.
