I had a positive experience working with this shipper. All the goods (including a large bulky mirror) arrived in good condition, on-time, and most importantly to me there was constant and clear communication by phone and internet throughout. I had to help move the furniture items myself, but I was okay with that. (something to consider if you are moving large bulky items) Recommended!
