A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need 100% refund. I relisted on uship for the freight which is completed. The conflict was not caused by either party so uship should not penalize either side. I didn't know the service provider needed to pick up the freight very early same day. When I contact him to set up the pick up, it was already too late. The driver already headed to another state. And next schedule for pick up (November 3or4) was too far away for me. The service provider and I had done our job faithfully. Response from bobby0: I have no issues with the customer, but the now have another excessive cancellation do to factors outside my control. uship needs to look into their policy, and penalize shippers who are at fault, not every cancellation.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Vehicles were to be picked up promptly. The shipper kept giving me different excuses. Very unreliable. Response from bobby0: Originally the person at the pick up location was difficult to contact, the vehicles were at one location, the spare parts another. After accepting the bid I was told the owner would not meet me at delivery, but his friend would, and I would be paid via paypal after the cars were dropped off. There were just to many moving pieces and I wasn't willing to risk taking the blame for something being missing, or not getting paid.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We could not find someone to load the Machine to the trailer and this week is the only time Bobby could go and pick it up so i have to relist the shipment and find someone else Response from bobby0: Customer was unable to coordinate a forklift or crane for the delivery timeline discussed.

Response from bobby0: Bid was submitted for weekend pickup. After accepting the bid the customer realized the company at the pick up location was closed on the weekends.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service Provider contacyed me to say that his vehicle has mechanical problems and can not pick up the shipment per our agreement. The pickup was scheduled for June 30 and delivery was promised by June 30or July 1.I need this shipment sent as agreed upon. am relisting item because he is unable to pick up until next thursday then late dekivery.

DGray Response from bobby0: Normally I use my own equipment. For this trip I was going to borrow a bigger trailer, but I was given bad information on the size of the trailer, and the cars simply would not fit.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Response from bobby0: The ad stated that the truck did not run and would be loaded onto my trailer at the auction yard. When I called to confirm this I was told they can only load standard size passenger cars and pickups.
