Rating: Cancellation Left for: LightningFast (19 ) On: 12/10/2007 For: trailer delivery walnut ridge, ark- selbyville del	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time he called and asked if he could wait and deliver something to Maine first, my delivery could not wait, shipper was leaving for thanksgiving, I never heard from transporter again. I want my deposit back ASAP, thanks Response from LightningFast: We were very busy at this time approaching Thanksgiving time and meeting deadlines. The customer did not have the dates exact and we were on the way from Las Vegas to Maine to pick up a craft going to Alabama. The customer had no understanding of the business aspect that was proposed at the time of acceptance, and we had to cancel. As the customer stated, his delivery could not wait, and neither could we.
