No Detailed Feedback Available From the moment that the bid was accepted the transporter was very good about communicating the process they planned. The set up was a little slow on our part and they were very accomadating to it. The first load transported immediately, the second load was shortly after. Had some trouble tracking the second load. But the driver kept contact with delivery point of contact. Overall a good experience. I would use them again.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped After we booked the load and I had a truck assigned to it the driver called shipper and got direction. Arrived at loading site then was told the shipment was already gone. We were never notified and ended up paying the truck for a truck ordered not used. Cindy

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We sent in a truck to load the unit and was told by the seller that there was many thousands of dollars owed in storage adn the unit would not be released until storage was paid.

The service provider never sent a truck after over five months after he accepted the bid. He kept saying I will get a truck today, tomorrow and I have been patient with him. Finally he told me he couldn't get a truck for the accepting bid, even though I offered him more money because I want to move the machine.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period i called both numbers many time and emailed them a bunch also. i got one e mail back and he said he would call me. that has been a month ago. i just want to relist the shipment. and get my dozer hauled to texas. thanks mike

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Broker said my load was going to be moved two different times and was never moved, Time run out on me to get crane moved. I don't need a credit because i will no longer need any loads moved. I need a refund. Thanks

I have missed 2 vessel bookings as a result of their negligence.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trucks were scheduled to pick up crane & other loads on March 28. We sent two guys to Orlando to assist in loading up the trucks. We were told the trucking company they had lined up backed out after our guys were on the way there. Our guys were there for a week but the carrier has not been able to line up any trucks since. We have no choice but to cancel this shipment with the carrier, since they cannot provide the service.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been waiting for the paperwork to ship my equiptment. They keep telling me to wait. I can't afford to wait any londger. This has not been done in the time frame it was supposed to be done in and it is going on 9 days after the weekend it will be 13 days. It was supposed to happen in a 7 days.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I've been booked with them for a long time, and they cannot move my bus.

The shipment states that they needed a stepdeck with ramps and that is how I quoted it. I have sent 4 different trucks with various lengths ramps and no one can load them on top of the units not starting. I gave customer a landoll rate which will be required for pick and deliver as the posting is wrong because there is no ramps at either end but customer was not willing to go up on the rate so I am unable to get them moved.
