Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
customer did not have a way to send us a deposit. We do not dispatch trucks without deposit. I told customer the fee that he paid $187.50 was the u ship broker fee. He had thought that I had recieved that money( 187.50) and was asking for an additional deposit. Jeff
