I had a positive experience working with Gregory. He is a true professional. The professional movers I had quotes from were much higher than him and were not ready to move over memorial day weekend. He stayed committed right till the end. Most of our stuff was in good shape except some run-in marks but those are the joys of moving, I guess. I would hire Gregory again for my move.

The movers of bmoved2day were very nice, and extremely hardworking. However, the overall experience was unfortunately negative. The contract stated that they would arrive at our apartment to pick up our stuff at 8:00 am; they did not arrive until 4:00 pm. This meant they did not arrive to our destination apartment until 12:00 am that night, and did not finish until 4:30 am. They worked extra hard, but finishing up at 4:30 in the morning was very inconvenient.

This was unfortunate for all, we had a truck break down and it took 5 hrs for them to bring us another on, however it was very important to us to get the job done.Loading took longer due to an unexpected inventory change. we really want to make this better perhaps next time you move we can give a discount.Overall not completely negative at completion of move we were thanked and tipped $100. Thank you for letting us move you and sorry about all the issues

They were both very nice and respectful of all of my things. Although there were a few bumps in the road with a flat tire, they were able to keep in contact with me and let me know what was going on at all times. They worked around both of our schedules and completed the move as soon as they could. Overall, I'd recommend them to anyone I know!

I moved from D.C. to central illinois with this company. I was very happy with the service and the guys. They were very communicative- returned calls, etc- before the move which made me feel comfortable. All the furniture was delivered quickly and in good condition. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It is now the 5th and my movers are well overdue. I cant reach them by phone or email and have not been able to for several days. If Uship can reach them and we can reach a reasonable pickup date and delivery then fine otherwise I need to re-list my shipment. I am going out of pocket now as well as I need to pay for another month at the storage facility where my belongings are being stored. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After booking through uShip and paying a separate deposit directly to the company, we scheduled a pickup time on Sunday October 30 at 2 pm. The movers did not show up nor did they answer phone calls. The only communication afterwards was a cryptic email on Tuesday, in which they claim to have come back from an almost death experience and promised to call in the morning. They did not call. I don't know what happened to them, but I need to be moved and hence need to cancel this shipment and go

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I made several attempts to contact the service provider after they failed to show up or even contact me. I finally spoke to the owner this morning who informed me that he would not be able to accomodate me. I did pay them a deposit of 20% of the total shipment price quoted and would like that refunded to me or applied towards an agreement that I have already made with another provider that has already submitted a bid which I accepted.
