I had a great experience using BMoved2Day. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and were very careful with my things. Having them come three days early made it a difficult last few days with my children before I left Texas, but getting my things in Florida on time was crucial. Despite the accident with the box cutter on my leather love seat, I had a great experience and really appreciated how nice Greg was during such a difficult move.

we had some difficulty in terms of coordinating the pick up and the drop off times, and the eventual drop off was 2 days later than originally expected. But, in the end, the movers were courteous and responsible, and the transaction was completed without incident.

My move was disappointing. The pick up and drop off dates were off. Communication was little or nonexistent. I called for days and left emails with no answer. Due to them missing my pickup dates I lost my new job. My antique buffet which was in fantastic shape was broken door, and the wood has more than two pieces broken. Two of my boxes were wet and the books inside ruined. They damaged my property. Yes they are nice people but I could not depend on them for anything. It was a nightmare.

The movers were on time and very polite but CARELESS with my furniture. They moved our stuff to fit someone else's and a lot of our furniture was damaged and some missing. I am not completely satisfied with the work done.

Very fast move. Pick-up was done in 30 minutes, from the time that they pulled in to the time they left. Drop-off was only an hour. Just wish there was some more communication, didn't know what day/time they were coming to pick up until the night before.

Greg was great. He moved me out of my apartment on his own which was extremely impressive and got my furniture to my final destination on the same day! He even took the extra few pieces I had that would have never made it in my small car. The furniture mishap was unfortunate, but he took full responsibility and paid for the piece. I think it was more of a learning experience for next time. I will definitely use Agape next time I move.

The two movers showed up just a little earlier than I expected, moved quickly and packed my stuff efficiently. Despite some mechanical problems and terrible weather, they got my belongings to North Carolina as quickly as they could. They seemed to take nice care of my stuff, too, and were very nice.

It was a quick and easy move, and the movers that delivered my sideboard did a great job. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I'd happily use them again. I'd encourage this company to be a little more tech forward with their communications - I'd appreciate if everything came through email rather than trying to catch one-another on the phone (which became a bit of a hassle).

People kept telling me they had issue after issue when I was to vacate my apartment the following day. Then they called back and wanted to reschedule. Really?!!!? My 65 year old mother ended up having to help me move with a budget truck from SC to FL after a deposit was already paid (which I had to struggle to get back).

After accepting the bid, I contacted the shipper for a contract via email. After no response we called the number given on Monday am and were told the driver had passed the location.
