packed the truck so that my items where up front and in the rear. When they unloaded they could not get to some of my items. those items where to be returned to me after they dropped off the other customers items.
They never returned my items. My items included multiple tools that had more than $1000 in value.
Additionally, they left a car transporter they rented at my office and had me called to have it returned. Of course budget truck rental did not see it thier way and tried to char

500 characters is not enough to describe this unprofessional company. They took the items out of the truck 1/2 way down to pack in someone else's things into our move, (getting things filthy & broken), they broke items and moved them into our house and hid the fact that they were broken, tried to charge us for someone else's tolls ("on the way to us"), didn't pay for damaged items, charged us extra to move things out of the house and onto the truck, and back into the new house. get someone else!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. So many things wrong, including at least $3000 of damages, I don't even know where to start. They showed up 4 days late at MIDNIGHT, and we live in a highly populated neighborhood. Over and over, our furniture was taken out of the truck with no protective wrapping. The delivery guy was complaining about how his boss (Gregory) makes him pay for blankets and shrink wrap so he doesn't use them. They won't cover ANY damages. I'm seriously considering legal action.

This was the absolute WORST moving experience I have every imagined. This is not a moving company - this is a total scam. Not only did they arrive at my apartment at 11pm to PICK up and delivered 2 weeks late, they damaged 6 pieces of furniture, missed every deadline, lost a chair and an entire suitcase and NEVER replaced anything. It was a nightmare. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

It took 4 days for this company to respond to me after accepting the bid. There excuse was that they were on the road. For this reason, I initally cancel the bid, and then they responded. To get me not to cancelled the bid, they offered a 10% discount off the price. A new contract was sent with the new price. Uship could not change the bid price so the owner informed me it would besent through paypal. More than a week has pass.no payment. I will be suing for breech of contract and lawyer fees.

The shipper was very communicative but items were destroyed. Boxes mkd "Fragile" arrived with 3 or 4 sides torn open and tops crushed. Grand new table scratched to frame in 10+ places. 1/3 of our glassware broken. Mattress not wrapped as promised; now has multiple black marks 1 foot wide. Our 50" flat screen was not wrapped during transit - now we can't see 1 in of the pic on left. Kid's armoire frame broken; dresser has 2 in rip in wood. Lthr seats to 4 chairs torn off frame. And more.

No one showed up. Were suppose to pick up Sat morning and no one came. Then got a call Sunday morning they would be there in a few hours and again no one showed. They took my money and ran. Now no one is answering phone calls, voicemails, emails or text messages. Stay away from this shading company they a scammers who commit fraud and theft.

The price was great and the items were well wrapped and moved... If there was better communication and a specific time for pick/up drop off then i would have been amazing. They will follow the window of the dates in the contract but no give much heads up.
