The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
Ending destination for motorcycle is Idaho and I was supposed to take to Sacramento. He then called me to let me know that he has someone to take it all the way to Idaho from SF Bay area. No problem, he gave me plenty of notice before I was to Pick up.
