The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I accepted service providers bid. I set up a time and date. The shipper agreed and then just before picking up the shipment called and asked if I could wait 2 weeks for him to return to the state for the pick up because of family business. I agreed, 2 weeks go by. I tried to contact multiple times,finally I get a response and am told it would be another week. They have not responded to multiple requests now and I am dropping him.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled.
This provider waited until the time of pickup and called my house asking for more details for the second time to my spouse regarding the shipment ,he then informed him 30 minutes before pickup ,he couldnt do it, I called the mover back and he advised me that he didnt have enough room ,then he stated if I could pay $1100.00 instead of the agreed bid of $480.00 he could make room for my shipmeny ,I advised him ,all my stuff was ready and in my living room for pickup and did not have that kind of m

Please review this shipment by clicking on the link. This person stated she had "5 items weighing 300lbs". When I called to confirm pickup, she in fact had 15 boxes, a Fridge, Sofa, Big Screen TV, Beds, & washing machine. Obviously, I would have never bid if I knew the shipment was grossly misrepresented. The customer then proceeded to call me a scammer and a racist after I tried to offer her a fantastic deal of $1100 to ship the items 2000 miles away. Thanks for your understanding! -Dave

Dave picked my bike up in Nevada and carefully strapped and secured it for shipping to Illinois. In additon, the bike was covered with padded blankets to protec the bike even further. Dave kept in touch with me while enroute and communicated via cell phone and email during transport. I was very satisfied with the delivery and would use his services again. He's a very likeable, friendly, honest and competent person.
