Excellent communication, and he really puts in the extra effort to give you a great experience! We had a few moving boxes that he took as well, which he helped us put in trash bags for rain protection. Tracy was fantastic to work for, always laughing, easy to communicate with and just not a stressful moment at all. She had everything arranged for pickup & delivery and made my job that much easier. Paid by COD which was fine with me! I had the privilege to meet one of our finest in "Colt" with the US Navy, Tracys' husband who actually received the dogs Ruger & Scout! Once these 2 dogs realized who was waiting for them, they went crazy while jumping in Colts arms! This is why I enjoy what I do!

Basically, he hired me to transport his Chris Craft and entrusted his future restoration project in my hands. High winds and brutal cold caused a few small boards to be blown off but other than that, this "old girl" made it to her new owner with ease! Steve was nice enough to allow a delivery on 1/16 when his business was closed for MLK holiday. How can you go wrong with a customer like that?
