The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment terrible... the day after accepting blue123's bid i was called by his girlfriend and told he had "sudden health issues" and had to cancel. anyone who has sudden health issues shouldnt be allowed to drive cross country w/ somebody's beloved pets. this borders on negligence. now im forced to wait for a refund, then pray that i can find a shipper within my now diminished price range, or leave my cats for another month... im so dissapointed in this provider, and recommend that no further bids are al

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While waiting for my service care provider to contact me I finally got a call from him saying that he was a day ahead of schedule and that he'll be able to pick up at 12 noon on the 15th. Then he cahnged the time to no later than 5pm, then again he text me saying that he can be there no earlier than 8pm. I told him that we won't be able to do that seeing as the female he would be picking up the shipment from would not be available at that time seeing as I told her the two previous times he told

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider called the Vet office on the day of the pick up and said he had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to pick the dog up ever because of this issue. It was unfortunate because I really need this taken care of. Please let me know when the refund is taken care of. If it is prompt then I will look to engage another shipper. If it drags I will book elsewhere. I want this to work but I don't want to fear using your services.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mis-communication on both parts, I listed the boat as a 21 foot pro-Line which in fact it is, the weight is heavier than I stated, the service provider thought it was a 12 foot bass boat and showed up with a PT crusier to pick up the boat. He was averty nice guy and said I should go to UShip cancel and would probably get the deposit back, I need to re-bid at the heavier weight. Thanks

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Provider was excellent...My dog was scheduled to be picked up 7/8 or 7/9. I am very sad to say I had to have my dog eutehized 6/20/2012. I would like a complete refund for this unfortunate circumstance..Thank you. Have been in touch with the provider and of course he was very understanding
