The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment We were not able to get the condo elevator in the short notice provided and they cannot get a truck in my new timeframe.
Response from Legal:
shipper indicated "flex' on pick up and delivery and after could not get a condo elevator within 2 days frame.
