My name is Kari. I'm located in Caledonia, WI and have over 15 years in the Transportation Industry. My office currently runs 150 trucks and I'm a multiple agent - my carriers include Dallas Mavis and Mason Dixon. We actually paid more for bkguardians because of a prior excellent experience, and this was a remake of that earlier delivery. The shipment was picked up and delivered promptly, and communication was excellent. Thanks so much!

We have so many great things to say about Bo and Kari and their company that I don't know where to begin. Their bid was a little higher than the others and it was worth every penny and then some. They handled a complex shipping issue and paperwork for moving a government lot off a military base in Florida over to Texas and had excellent communication through the entire process. The driver kept in contact with us and was really great upon delivery. We loved working with them and will do so again!

Shipment went well until we learned the truck would not be able to get into the residential area we were told the truck would be able to get into. The customer got very upset & had to rent a vehicle and pick up items from our truck 3 miles away. We apologized and credited the customer for his time and inconvenience. However, we feel that the Negative feedback for the entire shipment is unfair, as we did everything possible to resolve the situation and even credited the customer.

I specified the delivery was in a residential area that other semi's have no trouble with. I then had to spend $39 for a rental truck and $4 for gas for the truck, not to mention leaving work early and losing most of my afternoon, and you credited me a total of $50 meaning all of my time and trouble was worth $7. You are correct that service was wonderful until I was insulted by your driver (that he was going to pack up go home) and being told that there was nothing you could do.
