My name is Kari. I'm located in Caledonia, WI and have over 15 years in the Transportation Industry. My office currently runs 150 trucks and I'm a multiple agent - my carriers include Dallas Mavis and Mason Dixon. I have access to several thousand trucks with these Carriers available all over the continental US, Canada and Mexico including Flats, Steps, Hotshot Trailers, Conestogas, RGN's, Vans as well as extendable trailers for those over sized loads! In the end, everything worked out. Lift arrived in great condition, even though Bo had a hard time finding someone willing to haul it. Trucker was top notch.

This was a difficult shipment (3 truck loads and military base security), but Bo was able to get the job done. Bo kept in contact every step of the way, so I always knew what was going on and when to expect delivery.

Delivery was on time, but despite stating the delivery was in a residential area a large 18 wheeler was dispatched and the shipment could not be delivered to the final location. The best the driver could do was deliver to a public parking lot 4 miles away and a second truck had to be rented to finish delivery. Be very cautious if your shipment is being shipped on a semi and you live in a neighborhood.

Our truck took shipment from California and had no problems until it was time for delivery. We have had drivers deliver to residential areas in the past and we were told by the customer that a truck could get into this location. After assessing the area our driver found that he would not be able to get his truck into this area, but could deliver 3 miles away. The customer had to rent a pickup truck to bring the items from where our truck was to his home. We credited the customer $50.00 for this.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This was completely our fault and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. When reviewing the shipment we calculated our bid and unintentionally bid for one truck and not two trucks. After speaking with the customer, we explained our error and since our price was higher than he anticipated and we were unable to meet his price range, we told him we would initiate this cancellation so he could find someone else to haul his shipments.
