Rating: Negative Left by: baconnlegs (12 ) On: 3/22/2009 For: BEVO 2 Texas	tried to help customer save money (over $400) by hauling his 125lbs dog from WA to TX by him dropping off his dog at our location and picking him up in San Antonio. Was very rude on the phone & said we had to take the dog to his dads when we were about 6 hours out to meet. This experiance has put a bad taste in my drivers mouth to help with hauling dogs to save people money. Would never help this person again..his card was declined for $350 twice. Was hard to get paid. Never again. bad customer Response from bjewett: Let's be very clear / truthful about this issue..(baonlegs is a broker covering her mistake with shipment, Emerald Tranport is the carrier) 1.) The favor was my dropping the dog off at the driver's origin in Enumclaw (1.5 hours south of pickup) 2.) The shipping address was 3 Rivers Texas as discussed and accepted on the Uship order 2 weeks prior to ship date; not San Antonio 6 hours b4 delivery 3.)CC company refuses phone call-in charges without me present until released personally by me.

Several e-mails and phone calls to the service provider were not returned and the reliability of the service provider is in question.
