Jim took great care of my items and had them secured and supported better than I would have done myself. I was kept informed while my items were in transport as to where they were and the time of pick up arrival. Jim even emailed photos of the load on his trailer to show he had my items and was on his way to me. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank You Jim!
