We specialize in horse hauling, from one side of the country to the other. We pull a 6 horse sooner & 7 horse Featherlite with a designated minnie compartment horse. I am based out of Shepherd Tx.and have transported many valuable horses and own several.Horses are rested every 3 to 4 hrs with engine off no less than 30 min. watered coastal hay at all times. We strongly advise to put horses on hay at least 2 days pryor to long trips and no grain. We do not run Mexico but do have contacts for shipping horses thru there. Looking forward to your transport. I would recommend Bill to anyone. Our horse arrived in excellent condition and on time. I was impressed with Bill's professionalism and willingness to make such a long trip in between snow storms. Communication was good. I am very grateful to Bill for bringing our boy to his new home!

Bill and his helper are very proffessiona to work with. Bil answered the phone everytime I called and was never surly as some shipper get when you call! Pony arrived in decent time in the middle of a bad snowstorm and Bill even did us a favor by hauling the pony that was in her stall to the farm he was sold too, so we did not have to dig out our tailer Thanks Bill!!

Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The customer accepted another quote from another service other than uship, after she accepted the one she placed on uship and added 1 mini and a llama that was not quoted. I never called her just emailed. The problem was the other provider cut my price so she accepted.

Not true. I am looking at another service provider because of a 3 page contract submitted (after acceptance of bid)changing payment agreement, as well as adding a contract that favors transporter and places total loss on shipper in the event of transportation challenges. Not comfortable with that.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The drop-down above does not address our reason - it is Human Error on my part. This is my first attempt at using UShip. I had some questions and didn't see a "Questions" button so I just emailed the Service Provider and immediately received a confirmation that our shipment had been accepted and we were booked. I contacted the Service Provider and he kindly told me about how to cancel. We are just starting our process for shipment and need to get some more feedback from other providers.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Once we contacted the service provider they produced a contract that we were uncomfortable with. Contracts are fine; however, when it leaves the provider with no responsibility and any losses on us, it left us feeling vulnerable if there were any issues during shipping.

The real reason for the cacellation was that she got a cheaper price from another site and cancelled. Uship in these situations should not send there fee back.
