The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I spoke on the phone with Damon (Bigcity Movers) on 7/22 three times finalizing specific, rather intricate arrangements for p/u and delivery of a dining table. At no time during those conversations did he caution me about the possibility of their failure. It will be difficult for me to restructure the furniture transfer and others who bid on the job originally may not choose to rebid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper called me to confirm that I wanted the couch shipped. I told him I did and gave him instructions on how to pick up the item. He called me several times telling me he was running late but would still pick up the couch. He never showed up and has not responded to emails and phone calls.
