After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
This customer provided incorrect phones and did not read my UShip profile prior to accepting this contract. Although I have learned that even though UShip asks when setting up your profile "How you would like to be paid," I choose at "pick up", UShip still advises the shipper to not remit payment until after pick up and delivery have been completed. Why then do you offer a choice. This had no basis for cancellation. However, I will accept the cancellation and move on. I do however, disagree

Response from bhes1: this is my first transaction thru uship and i am not impressed at all. I hope to find a shipper that can follow thru with the deal and get paid upon delievery. lack of communication was the problem in this situation.
