Bill delivered the shipment on time and handled the delivery well. He also picked up and packed the delivery as scheduled. The only hiccup occurred in the process of scheduling the shipment, but we were able to work things out. All in all a good experience.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I sent several e-mails asking for a contact number so we could discuss the pick up and delivery in person Never received any number til just recently and also giving me a 14th or 15th date of delivery when he new I needed the delivery of my trailer by the 13th of August. I guess he is just upset becouse he won't have may trailer to make all the other delivery's he had scheduled.
