The movers were inexperienced and did not pack the truck properly, even though it was big enought to accommodate all my things. I had to move some of my things on my own. Movers refused to carry anything upstairs, so my dresser remains in the garage. Movers threw some of my things on the lawn and left them there.

Although driver and crew showed up without tools or expected equipment for moving a baby grand (piano board, more blankets) the crew was professional, courteous, and extremely careful. Baby grand was moved successfully with no damage. I would use these movers again, but I would do more coordination beforehand to ensure the appropriate tools are available.
