I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
Customer provided incorrect phone number on a time sensitive shipment on the Match Details. When I finally contacted customer many hours after the deadline, the shipment grew from 4-5 boxes to 23 and was unable to transport without a trailer. I called on the 9th in am. and customer's voice mail was full. Then I called pick-up point and left message to have him call me. He never did.
