THEY PICKED UP OUR TRUCK WITH AN INCLOSED TRAILER NOT EQUIPED TO HAUL TRUCKS ,THEN THEY HIRED A ROLLBACK TOW TRUCK TO LOAD MY TRUCK ONTO THIER SEMI THAN WHEN THEY GOT TO OREGON THEY HAD NO CHAINS ABOARD THERE SEMI SO THEY SAT THERE FOR 3DAYS AND WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT GOING THE FIRST WEIGHT SCALE THEY PULLED INTO JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THERE DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENCE WHEN THEY FINAILLY ARRIVED IN KENT WA. THE ONWER OF AADA CALLED ME AND ASKED IF THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE, DON,T HIRE

We advised when we accepted the bid that we had a moving trailer-self service. We had no help at origin with the loading. Driver did use bad judgement on getting a rollback instead of using our ramps. We DID NOT CHARGE customer for it. Our driver that was hauling his truck DID NOT have a suspended license. We had to take a load off another driver at the scale so we could deliver his goods on time. Weather cannot be prevented. Our driver went out of her way to assist TZAuto with his shipment.
