I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
We tried to have the horses picked up Friday 5/9 however the seller was not cooperative. Shipper was to contact me the following week Wed afternoon or Thursday after a conversation by phone Tuesday the 13th. I have paged him and spoke with his wife many times but no response. I am assuming since he has not returned my pages or my calls to his wife he is not interested in shipping the horses. I need to have a date for shipment for the Seller ASAP. I have relisted the shipment.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
i tried to contact this person by email and phone everyday for 3 weeks. He never got back to me. Shipment is due next week and will probably not happen. health certificate will also expire as i had planned on date given by hauler. If he wanted to cancel he could have at least called. Very unprofessional.

Was concerned a little when the pick-up date & delivery date changed. But Joe kept in touch and it worked out for the better. Shadow arrived in great condition would use them again!

She got here great and in a timely fashion. Joe was very willing to put up with the fact I was in the hospital delivering my first child the same weekend my mare was set to arrive. Good with communication and easy to reach.

shipper bid to pick up horse "Monday or Tuesday".pickup was made Friday 8:30AM. Horse was delivered Saturday IN THE DARK at 12:30AM. Until horse was on trailer I only received 1 phone call with 1 call made to pickup location. Only received 2 calls while horse actually on trailer. This was inhumane treatment for an animal especially a horse.Would never recommend this shipper to anyone.

Joe was great at keeping in touch with what was happening on picking up my mule in KY. The mule made it here to FL in great condition. I would reccommend this shipper to anyone.
