The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider moved the date several times, and never showed up on any of the scheduled dates. Since the last rescheduled date (weekend of 8/15) they have not responded to multiple emails. Please cancel my shipment and refund my money.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were there to pick up the sofa on the original request,but the place is not accessible for any kind of truck.We were chased away and threatened to be towed right after pulling up to the building.We tried several times afterwards to pick up but were unable to get a hold of the shipper. We will be in Seattle next week and could pickup then.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Initially Joe and I made contact. He said he was coming thru the Portland area then double backing to Seattle. We decided it would be best if he picked the item up on his way back down to CA. Even though this was adding 10 days onto the shipping it was okay with me. I'm in no hurry to ship this item. He told me he'd call me in a week to arrange a pick up time. I never heard from him. I tried calling him two days after the day he said he'd call me. I've tried him two other times since and

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I cannot cancel this shipment. It will cost me an additional $200 in storage if the shipment doesn't happen. This is the second time that this has happened. I used the Uship service in good faith, I don't see the point if this is alowed to happen. I was given a verbal guarantee from the shipper that the shipment would take place. It was meant to happen today and I have been waiting for the pickup to happen. It doesn't help to receive notice today that the shipment can't be picked up today.

How can you not communicate and set appointments at the same time? We could not get the seller to accommodate our pickup schedule. On our last try on 08/24/09 the seller refused to let us pick up and hung up on us!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am not harassing the shipper. I accepted the bid with a misunderstanding of the shipping terms. Since then the shipper had offered an alternate shipping date but then was non-communicative and was not able to reconfirm the date that worked well for me. All I have been doing is trying to confirm a date that I can plan on. I would still like to go forward with the shipment. I have no problems with the shipper or the shipment time. This late cancellation notice is frustrating however.

The customer accepted our bid which clearly stated delivery on Saturday,08-15-09.But he called afterwards saying, he could not take delivery that day.We offered later pickup and delivery on a different truck,but the shipper keeps harrassing us with countless emails and phone calls about a specific pickup and delivery time.We are not comfortable with this customer.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider did not answer two email requests for confirmation of p/u time. Finally reached him by phone, but he was unable/unwilling to give me timeline until the day before p/u. Had explained that I must make arrangements for him to have access at both p/u and delivery sites and needed particulars inorder to effect the arrangements.

We got in touch immediately and made arrangements for Sunday pickup, but the shipper is an elderly lady that forgot about the arrangements and kept calling several times a day asking for the pickup time and date even though it had already been determined.We're sorry for any inconvenience but cannot work under these circumstances.
