A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am still able to pickup item I changed the pickup date to Tuesday and I notified shipper, so what she is saying is untrue, I have copy of email sent, so if she wants to cancel that her decision but don't give false information.

I spoke with shipper on Friday and told him the person at From destination was waiting for his call. He said he'd call right away; he did not. He said he sent me an email Sat.--the pickup day--saying he changed the pickup day to Tuesday. Even if the email had arrived, that's awfully late to reschedule.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This shipper did not show up at the agreed upon time, did not phone at the agreed upon time, and has not responded to phone calls. This person should not be allowed to ship via your site. This is the third such situation in trying to ship this rocking chair. Does uship screen these people? What is wrong with the uship business concept?

miscommunication, she claimed she didn't receive email until sent 2nd time on rescheduling,I told her upfront that I was making trip and I did but she cancelled
