Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward. The shipper is totally unreasonable. In the transportation business, you are not "prepared" for one shipper. We are on the road dealing sometimes with more than one person, and the traffic. The 1 hour window given by the shipper was not reasonable. No point making up accusations. In two hour time frame we exchnched more than 5 phone calls and I was the last person to call. I don't have a UPS fleet. If my truck is late, sometime I have to work with the shipper. This one was inflexible on his

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider was late, ignored some of my calls, was later still, then made poor excuses indicating he was basically unprepared ahead of time to make my shipment. I don't trust someone that appears to be this flaky and incompetent.
