Rating: Cancellation Left for: henmove2 (20 ) On: 5/8/2008 For: 4 Bedroom House	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The provider told me he could accomodate my pickup for today April 26 with short notice. I called the shipper on April 25 and told him I was ready for the fax and had to disconnect our fax machine in 30 minutes to return items to my internet-cable provider. The provider told me he would fax it in 30 minutes after he was done completing his payroll. The provider seemed irritated that I was bothering him during his payroll. I waited for one hour with no fax. I returned my items to the cable compan Response from henmove2: Spoke with this shipper on 4/24 faxed 4 times to her she said she never recieved, tried next day would not go thru, this is what really happened thank you and goodluck

The primary phone number cannot take voice mails because it is full, and the secondary number listed is disconnected. I am not comfortable with proceeding with this provider, and I am requesting my deposit to be credited.
