The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
AFTER NUMEROUS TIMES THE CO. WOULD NEVER CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. I HAD A DEADLINE TO GET THIS PICKED UP AND THEY NEW THIS. THEY ALSO WERE PD A DEPOSIT UP FRONT WHICH I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING WITH THIS CO. WE ALWAYS HAD TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY WOULD NEVER RETURN THE CALL INCLUDING THE OWNER OF THE CO. THE VECHICLE WAS LISTED AS RUNNING BUT THE PICS SHOWED IT NEEDED TO BE WINCHED. WHICH IS ONE OF HIS EXCUSES THEY DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT THE PICS. NEVER USE THIS

We are in the business of transporting vehicles. We do our best to deliver in a timely manner. This is bad weather season everywhere in the country. On the road with the weather and certain areas sometime we come to a black out area. Customer was great and I have worked and communicate with him over the phone many times. It is beyond me that he left a neutral. I will leave a positive feedback because I know we have not done anything wrong.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
ive contacted this provider multiple times, and have been on hold for a total of over 1hour!!!! they claim that the truck that was suppose to pick up my vehicle broke down a week ago, and its been a week and they still havent found another truck to pick up the car!!! they are horrible!!!

I asked for the shipment to be delieved on the 16th, They dont even have a driver assigned to it yet.

The company did not read my notes which clearly stated that a extra transmission and hood would need to go with the car we were shipping. He apologized.
