This broker proposed on 1/22 to pick up my car within 2 to 5 days. He defaulted on his agreement. He did not return any emails or phone calls.

Very good people dealing with over the phone, but the best are thier drivers, specially for Tim he did a great job. Took care very for all my spreaded cars all over Chicago driving safety under bad weather, to arrive on time. And all this for the best prices in the market, regardless the gas increase.

Excellent Service. The driver I got was a guy named Ron. The delivery was done exactly the way they said they were going to do it. The driver called me and kept me informed, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Vehicle was handled very carefully. I am 100% satisfied with how everything went.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Bidder mis-read my need for ONLY ENCLOSED transport, and bid as enclosed, but could only provide open. Thus, I canceled the transport, and conduted my business through another site/ provider

Perfect, easy transaction. I was a bit nervous, given some of the feedback on this shipper, but my experience was nothing but positive. My vehicle was picked up (in CT) in a very short time, and delivered to MI the NEXT DAY! I was impressed with the service I received, and the promptness with which my calls were answered. Thanks!

I was originally a little reluctant given the mixed recent feedback. My experience was however very good. The price was competetive, they picked the vehicle up in a matter of days and quickly transported it across the county and even arrived a day early. They were helpful in providing me with confirmation of DOT #'s and Insurance certificates and were always available when I called to ask any questions. I would use these guys again as overall it was a very positive experience for me.
