I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I made many attempts to contact this provider and they never where able to pick up my vehicle. I had to make other arangements to have my vehicle shipped. Please refund me my depoist. Thank you.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Bid was accepted almost a month ago and deposit was made but yet to have my vehicle shipped. I have made several attempts to contact service provider by phone but all to no avail. I will like to cancel the service request/bid and get a refund for $80.40. Please assist.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Please refund my deposit of $97.28 made on 4/18/08
Total Car shipping also charged me $77.72 on 4/46/08, but can't complete shipment. I need a refund from them too.
I want to KEEP LISTED for another driver!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider See previous feedback.
After repeated (at least 15 attempts) to contact the provider I was finally able to talk to my assigned rep. he was totally unprofessional and never returned any phone calls. The general agency was fine to deal w/ and apologized for the poor handling of my shipment. I chose not to have the company ship my item, and instead drove the item to Connecticut.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider and I agreed on a date but then he was unable to get a trucker to pick up my shipment on that date. That date has since come and gone. I know he tried to get someone but it just didn't work out. I have to coordinate with people on the other end and I am up against a deadline and I have not heard back from the provider in over 32 hours and I have called 5 times and emailed 2 times. I would like to find another shipper.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period SERVICE PROVIDER DID NOT STATE IN THEIR BID THEY REQUIR A $100.00 DEPOSIT THATS ON TOP OF THE DEPOSIT LEFT WITH USHIP THEIR ORDER FORM HAS DETAILS WRONG AND THERES NO FACILITY TO CORECT THIS. ITS A SIMPLE SHIPPING JOB BUT RED TAPE IS MAKING IT COMPLICATED. WHEN BIDDING NEED TO DISCLOSE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS OTHERWISE I GET SUSPICIOUSE THANKS. KEEP IT SIMPLE GUYS LIFES TO SHORT FOR HASSLES.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Do not trust this shipper. Three times this shipper specified a pickup date then didn't show up or even call. I was forced to relist the shipment at a higher price because of time constraints.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On March 28 Total Car Shipping and I agreed on April 3, 2008 as the ship date. I was called less than a week later from a driver how was ready to pick up my car. I told him that the date was April 3. Some one from the shippers called, and confimed that april 3 was the date. On April 3 I waited, and no one showed. I called the shipper 3 times that day and was told first that they whould have to find a driver, than that they had a driver, and he would contact me. than at about 6:00pm I called
