I was late to this job due to extreme traffic of which I had no control. I had tie downs but was not informed that the stacks would be 15ft tall. This frieght was delivered in less than 24 hrs and in the same condition as it was recieved.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The provider had an accident with his rental truck, the truck was towed to a UHaul facility in Manchester, NH and although we had some friendly telephone conversations he has been unable to arrange to complete the delivery. Moreover, several voicemails and emails from me to him over the past few days have gone unanswered. It appears that my best course of action is to find a way to retrieve my dinghy on my own.

my husband was involved in an accident and had a severe neck injury. He was unable to respond with the shipper due to hospitalization. This was simply a matter of a misfortunate situation that effected everyone involved. Especially as he was not at fault for the accident to begin with.
