The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time He never showed up at scheduled appointment and never called after the missed appointment . I sent an email for a refund of deposit and there was no response . i called the number provided and was told it was the wrong number . this all happened in may of 2008 and it is now october of 2008 . I was diagnosed with cancer not to long after and am now able to dispute this .

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The provider placed a bid on 10/15/08 that I accepted that evening. I tried contacting the provider that night, but the two phone numbers listed on uship for him did not work, so I emailed the provider. He called me the next day, Thursday, 10/16 and stated that he would be headed to NY from FL that day and would deliver my motorcycle either on Friday, 10/17 at night or on Saturday, 10/18 in the morning. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The agreed pick up date was OCT 17, After waiting around all afternoon no one showed up. I called several times no one responded until Saturday. They told me they were running behind and would pick up the bike Sunday, after waiting around all day again no one showed up and no one returned my phone calls. I tried to contact them today there phone went straight to voicemail and no one responded to my messages. The bike was scheduled to be dropped off today in Miami, the bike has not even been pick

Extremely late - at work til 9 pm to accomodate driver. Unprepared - I had to provide tiedowns to secure the load. Appeared very unorganized. Freight arrived without damage thankfully

I was late to this job due to extreme traffic of which I had no control. I had tie downs but was not informed that the stacks would be 15ft tall. This frieght was delivered in less than 24 hrs and in the same condition as it was recieved.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The provider had an accident with his rental truck, the truck was towed to a UHaul facility in Manchester, NH and although we had some friendly telephone conversations he has been unable to arrange to complete the delivery. Moreover, several voicemails and emails from me to him over the past few days have gone unanswered. It appears that my best course of action is to find a way to retrieve my dinghy on my own.

my husband was involved in an accident and had a severe neck injury. He was unable to respond with the shipper due to hospitalization. This was simply a matter of a misfortunate situation that effected everyone involved. Especially as he was not at fault for the accident to begin with.
