It has been several weeks since I received the "match" email from USHIP. This left the shipment in limbo at it's point of origin and the party at this address is no longer willing to wait to have it moved. I have no other choice but to cancel. I spoke to him on the first day after receiving this match and he has simply not done what he promised.

This shipper failed to pick up the merchandise on the initial agreement and asked for a reshedule. I gave him 2 1/2 weeks to make good on his promise but he would not respond even after we spoke and he agreed to call me and schedule the pickup. He never called back and would not return my many calls to all 3 of his phone numbers.
