The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
After numberous phone conversations and promises after promises of pickup and delivery nothing has happened and it has been since March 5th that I paid my deposit and was promised delivery within a week.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Earl Carlson will not answer my calls (I've tried all 3 of his numbers many times) nor return my voice mails (I have left many voice mails). It has been several weeks since I received the "match" email from USHIP. This left the shipment in limbo at it's point of origin and the party at this address is no longer willing to wait to have it moved. I have no other choice but to cancel. I spoke to him on the first day after receiving this match and he has simply not done what he promised.

hi there, i have sent several messages requesting for a full refund of my deposit because this SP did not deliver the service i paid for but you have not responded to my mails. i wonder why??? i would be grateful if you could refund my money asap before this escalates to involve attorneys.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Service provider has strung me along for over a week telling me that we were still on go for shipment,all the while giving numerous excuses for delay,then telling me his trailer was involved in an accident and no longer able to accommodate me. His pictures show numerous trailers several of which could haul a farm tractor. Nevertheless, this provider has received numerous cancellations since I accepted his bid and thats a strong red flag.
