The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
This shipper emailed me to tell me that he picked his boat up himself. Of course he didn't close his ad for shipment before doing so, as a result I accepted this shipment at the, "Book It Now," price. So now it must be cancelled. The shipper was nice enough to email me and let me know though. I met my end of this obligation.
