Here at A-1 Transport & Delivery Service we thrive on positive feedback from every customer that we serve. We are a small independently owned company that specializes in special care items. Everything from rare and exotic furniture to custom cars and motorcycles. We have over 20 years of experience in Transport and Shipping and we do everything possible to protect every shipment we do from damage. We only use fully enclosed car hauler trailers to protect our shipments from the elements and road damage. However we do have a flat bed trailer available for the larger shipments. We are fully bonded and insured and we also carry a $2,000,000 Liability/Umbrella to cover any damages that may occur to a shipment. All shipments are fully traceable and guaranteed to be on time or you will receive a call from the driver explaining why your shipment will be late, and even a possible discount. No Detailed Feedback Available This went according to plan and was a smooth transaction and delivery. The only problem was that the shipper had our customer sign the paperwork that displayed the price we paid. Since we added packing charges she wanted a refund for the difference. SUGGESTION: Don't show amount charged for delivery to the customer.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I sent the service provider a picture of the folding trailer both folded and unfolded WITH DIMENSIONS ON IT! It was accepted! Nothing changed,in fact I was unable to contact the shipper directly despite leaving 4 messages and 2 emails! What kind of service is this? Now you want me to accept a loss on top of that! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I used your site because you said this shipment would be reliable and insured. There were no surprises here. He bid based on given dimensions AND A PICTURE.

First he tried changing the delivery location at the last munite, adding 400 miles to the trip. Then we ended up overloaded due to another shippers failure to disclose the actual quanity and dimensions of their shipment. But despite that, we still tried loading it to the result of damaging my own equiptment. We did everything possible to try and accomindate this shipper..
