Frank, Thanks you so much for your incredible service!!! You are a great American! This man does what he promises! Frank hauled my boat from Louisiana to Washington state, that's a long way!!!! He called, me every day, sometimes twice-a-day just to let me know the status of his progress! I can't put it into words, But Frank has restored my faith in the hard working American. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider CJ, This note is to inform you that I am initiating a "match cancellation" with USHIP. I have lost total confidence in you, and your ability to communicate and complete the pick-up and delivery of my boat. I have a philosophy I live by, "How You Do One Thing, Is How You Do Everything". It's painfully clear to me that, if your delivery service is anything like your communication skills, my boat will never get delivered to me. Not to mention the condition it might arrive in.
