Was to pick up tomorrow which is Sunday the 9th but have to change my route due to other commitments and cannot get a hold of her. Tried last night and today but now have to make changes.

However, I now have another trip to Chicago next week and can accomodate the shipment after all. I will call customer and make new arrangements.

Even checked emails and there were no messages. Response from tcbigo: I have tried both numbers and do not understand why she tells me that I have not tried to get a hold of her, did leave her messages with no luck. She has not left me any messages and has my number and could have called to let me know what was going on. I did not send any e-mails since I tried both phone numbers and have left messages with no answer back. Had to change my route because my timeframe was getting to tight and have to make changes due to other commitments and no return calls.
