For: 2004 Saab 9-5

Vehicle was dropped at Terminal on 12/20/08 and was supposed to be in MN by January 5th. Car was not even loaded until the 5th and didn't arrive until the 14th - with scratches. Delays are frustrating and there's no communication - I found out by constantly checking the website. I called on two occasions but nothing was ever done to expedite delivery. Scratches were disturbing, but since I didn't buy the insurance option, I guess I have to live with them. Caveat Emptor.
