About Me*

We live in Tucson where we enjoy the desert views and wildlife - mostly from the back of our horses. We want to do some traveling with our horses - therefore we are in the process of buying a horse trailer (and need to find someone to transport it to Tucson for us). We're hoping to connect with/hire someone from uShip as it seems like a great service for everyone involved!

I have to say everyone involved was just great. THe dealer in MO where I picked up the unit was great to do business with, but the buyers in AZ were above and beyond nie people. I only hope a positive experience in gettng their trailer delivered in a safe yet efficient manner can make up for some of the problems they enountered with another provider who did not perform. Thanks for the business and I hope you enjoy a very nice Hart trailer. John.

John is great. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his service. He was professional from the beginning to delivery. He kept us informed all along the way. He fixed our trailer's tail light and made sure it was delivered with care. He delivered the trailer ahead of schedule. If I ever need another uship delivery, I will use John. He has called back to check on our trailer. He is the best!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider wanted $750 deposit before shipment is started via a "Moneygram" which is not recommended by the uShip Site. We offered to send money via a bank transfer and that was not accepted. Therefore, in order to protect ourselves and have UShips' support, we feel we must cancel this shipment with this provider. We spoke with provider and we both agreed this was not the right option for either of us.
